Good luck! I was doing keto for 5 months, just stated calorie counting a month ago as found keto very limiting

I did it once before when banting first became a thing and there was like no alternatives to anything so found it restrictive, but now there are cauli noodles which are yum and carb smart granola and sauces and all sorts, it opens up many new options now so looking forward to it just need payday to move its butt so i can go grocery shopping hahaha
