Well, this hot, crazy summer is over! I am actually relieved. I have never had such a busy summer. I threw in the weight loss towel in July and just blew it. Up six pounds, but I feel motivated again to make weight loss a priority, so here goes. My whole life, I've never been able to lose weight with diet alone, so while I was so busy over the summer, exercising was always the thing I skipped to keep my head above water.
Now, exercising is back at the top of my priority list. It would be nice to be able to keep it up there year round, but any slight change to my schedule just throws me completely off.
