Losing 1lb a week at the moment. Not bad considering I'm still not allowed to exercise post CSection (9weeks ago). I do little walks 3 times a week and have overhauled my diet completely. I'm happy with the loss but just you wait until I'm able to exercise again. Before falling pregnant I would run 4miles 6 times a week, I love running and I can't wait to be able to get back into it.
