Ok so I suck. At least I know that I can stick to a weight. Everything has been crazy since coming back from vacation. I have spent the last few weeks re-evaluating my life and where I stand. My new business I started doesn't seem to be going anywhere and I decided that if it doesn't pan out, I'd like to open a cafe/bakery. Fat person opening a bakery...now that sounds like a great weight loss plan lol. I have a way with sugar and though I made a delicious cheesecake over the weekend, I only had two small pieces. I was pretty proud of myself. I obviously have control over my eating habits.
I fully believe that my heavy weight is the result of not moving my butt. I use to be active and enjoy being outside but college and work has left me inside at a pc, not to mention my love of computer gaming. I need to find a way to balance my time spent on my butt and moving my body. I will see better results if I can make the time. I just have to stay positive. =)
