Today was plyometrics (I do it instead of Cardio X) and I can definitely see an improvement in my ability to perform the moves. I am getting stronger and more agile! About 20 minutes in, I had to stop and drink a small amount of juice: I could tell I needed that small carb boost. It really helped me to do better.
