Weekend..... There was pizza on Saturday, 2 slices. I made biscuits & gravy on Sunday. Throw in a few cookies both days and that was the worst of it. Lots of physical activity though - cleaned house, did laundry, walked. It was so nice Sunday, I even laid out for a little while trying to reduce the farmers tan. I know I'm not the only one who has put sunblock on just my forearms.... I had to burn some serious calories during the tanning session. It was in the 80s and my body has not been conditioned for that heat at least since ....? Well normally one would say last summer, but in TX I could just as easliy say last week or last month.
Ugh. So anyway. Today is the day to start my committment to 3 days a week of 20-30 minutes of exercise. I will I will I will
