Bleh, low calorie burn day and I'm not happy about it. I had trouble sleeping last night, had to wake up and had class from 10-12:15. That wasn't anything... but the stats class is REALLY boring. After that, I had let my bf use my car (his is still broken... arg lots of stress in that part of my world right now) and he came to pick me up. So, we went home and I ended up taking a nap. I'm a napper - usually, but I haven't taken a nap in a few weeks. Woke up later, chilled out, watched a great movie: "Oh, God!" with George Burns and John Denver... and yeah. Oh wait, before that we had to do our huge grocery trip, and I hadn't eaten lunch. So we got back late and then I had a HUGE dinner. Not huge, but huger than I normally would. So, no workout tonight.

I'm going home to see my parents over labor day weekend... but my bf said I could take the Wii home. So I'm hoping to stick to my workouts. I'm not leaving until Friday, and Friday and Saturday are usually my "rest days". So I'll workout tomorrow, Weds, and Thurs - then chill on Friday and Saturday. I'm sure my mom and I will take a nice walk at least one of the days, and we're planning on like, basically sorting out stuff they have in their house, because they're going to move, and seeing what I need before we either sell or goodwill stuff. So, I'll be busy. 9 hour drive too. Bleh.

So, I feel bad about tonight, but man. I was just out of it because of the no sleep... I am so close ot my goal but just treading water at the moment. I am sabotaging myself. I don't want to be. So... yeah. GOTTA FIX THIS! Part of the issue is my new video game addiction...

I've MISSED you again, SQ! So glad to hear you're going home for the weekend. Are you parents moving far? And is that 9 hr. drive ONE WAY?? Yikes, hope not. So classes...how are they going for you (other than the boring stats class - and how could stats ever NOT be boring?!). Sorry to hear your bf still hasn't gotten his car fixed. Maybe this weekend he'll realize it'd really be helpful to have BOTH running? I hate car problems. We drive old clunkers, so we're ALWAYS having issues with them. But thank God my husband can fix almost any problem with them. ==================================== I remember that movie! It WAS a good one. Well, have a safe drive this weekend if I don't hear from you, and have a good time with your parents.

Hey D - I'm really glad to hear from you. I'm falling into this pit of sadness with this weight loss thing... We can't seem to get our dinner time any earlier, and now it's 10pm and I'm still needing to work out. I haven't lost in over a week, and my scale is telling me I'm still up... god. I really don't know what to do anymore. :(

Good lord, it's stress, girl! Really. I think you may have to make an earlier dinner a priority. I'll forward a sumo wrestler story to you...it may very well make you find a way to get dinner a bit earlier. I know you're up all night too, though... Hang in there. And throw your scale out (I know...it's new) Did you do the measurement thing? That's so much more reliable than a finicky scale. Okay...let me see if I can find the thing on the sumo guy...
