Nothing for breakfast. Two spicy chicken wraps from Wendy's for lunch and about two quarts of unsweetened iced tea. Worked outside all day in hundred degree hot weather increasing the miserable value of our house. So, I was able to metabolize more calories than a normal day when I am driving a desk piled with paper, which does not burn a sufficient number of calories. For dinner, I had a mixed spring salad with Italian dressing - I forget the brand. I did sneak a light beer into the shower, which I may regret tomorrow when I weigh in again.
