Well, the company is gone but we went out to eat too much... I definitely went over my points yesterday after going to restaurants for both lunch AND dinner... oh well. At least there was some weight loss early on in the week. So now back to the plan -- I'm happy to be going back actually, it feels good to lose the fat!
