I was so bad this weekend! Well I take that back. I could have been worse. I went the gym for the hour intended on Saturday but Sunday I did nothing and I ate too much. Saturday I ate within my calories but ate all my exercise calories--that was quite worth it. I know I havent been keeping tracking of eating here but I have been keeping track on myfitnesspal.com I like keeping track of my weight here and the community but I like the way it shows the calories and such at that site.
