I think I may be dehydrated or somehow extra light because that seems like too much of a loss in one week. I have been on average a 300-400 calorie deficit each day. I had previous been indulging greatly on holiday snacks and alcohol most of December and first week of January. I’ve cut all that out and am really concentrating on my macros, 47g fat, and around 100g each protein and carbs, and my daily calories are hitting around 1200.
