this hot weather is definitely helping me with the weight loss journey,i eat less and drink more. though i'll only weigh in a weeks time,curiosity got me on the scale and i cant say that im not smiling im ecstatic if i keep up with this rate i'll be at my "goal" weight by march that means 10kg less by march. but i'll log my weight in a weeks time to keep u all in suspense 💪🎉🤸♀️😊
