First Friday of the twelve week challenge, yesterday I ate well and dropped the gin in my sugar free tonic (actually discovered sugar free pink tonic water) it tasted good and I didn't miss the gin at all. I'm still struggling to get to 2l of water maybe managing 1l per day, but I'm not beating myself up as I now understand that its about making small incremental changes that are likely to be sustained.
Thanks for the support and advice everyone this is not an easy journey but the investment in ourselves is worthwhile.
