I am still loving oatmeal. I didn't find sugar free but did find weight control. 160 calories instead of 130 but only 1 sugar instead of way more (cant remember) I am thinking less sugar is better...what do you all think?

I am thinking the less sugar the better. We all consume so much sugar in all foods that it is better to eliminate it when we can. If you need sugar in the morning, I would think you would be better to eat fruit with your oatmeal as fruit contains natural sugars, not artificial ones. That's just an opinion. I am glad you found a filling food you enjoy.
