Please don't put yourself under so much pressure. I used to do that and found it's almost sabotaging my weight loss bc I came to almost hate everything about it.
It was only when I realised that I needed motivation (= positive goal) that losing weight became an enjoyable task. Thanks to my friends I now know why I want to lose weight.
Not bc of some figure like BMI, a doctor or some very abstract "health benefits". I want to lose weight to be able to dance again and, most importantly, make the most of my time with my partner for as long as possible 😍
Hope that wasn't preachy, just my experience 🤷♀️🙃
