Crap, I'm getting behind using FS again... I hate that. Now today I had a crap day of eating too much fat and not enough protein. The rest of the snacks tonight will have to be something protein based cause, I'm really sad about the breakdown. WAY busy last week with school, didn't even record yesterday, but I didn't workout - however, we did paint the basement floor and stuff, so that was about 2 hours of painting... better than nothing. Today also a rest day. Tomorrow going to a state fair so that'll be walking around, plus got a workout at night. Then onto another busy week. Grrr. I hate myself for not using this and journalling and stuff. ARG.
