When involved with Weight Watchers one of their motivators is discussing the idea of small obtainable goals. They say that focusing on all the amount of weight you want to lose is futile because it seems like so much, and will inevitably lead to a feeling of hopelessness because it's such a grand huge goal that seems so far away. However, focus on just 10% and it seems much more obtainable!

I reached my 10% today! WHOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO!!

225 start... 10% 22

today I'm at 22lbs lost! :D it's the little victories that lead to the larger ones!

Today will be a good day!
