It's ten degrees warmer this morning walking than yesterday, today it was 65 degrees. Still nice, but I see a trend happening. Jogged a lot during my walk today, I would guess maybe 5 full minutes of jogging, kept my heart rate up, so that's good. Steps: 10105, 4 miles. My pedometer was sideways off an on, due to the jogging I think, so my steps might be off (lower than they should) but not gonna add any to them, it's all good. Happy Friday! Weigh in, no change, which is great since I was on vacation last week and AF is due in 4 days!! I'm happy!
