Wow, keep at it, hours add to days, then weeks, months and then, well you know... I smokes for nearly 30 years, and nothing I ever did was half way, so I smoked a lot of the heavy cigarettes. The good I have quit and am far better, especially form where I wold be today. The bad, in one since I quite too late and cannot gain nay more lung improvement that what I have. Not all the damage is smoking related, much is due to dust and specifically fiberglass for not wearing a respirator. Please stay the course. When I was in crucible of quitting I actually went to bed very early just because I knew at that moment that that was the only way I wasn't going to smoke, Cheers!

The best thing I ever did for myself was to quit smoking. It's been 30 years; I know it can be difficult, but you can do it!

Be prepared to save money on cold/ allergy remedies, as well as the smokes. And gain an additional hand to use. I used to smoke two packs a day, age 14-30. Quit over thirty years ago for the fourth time, haven't smoked since.

Stick with it! Change routines that trigger craving. Whenever you think you want a cigarette remind yourself that your a non smoker. Before you know it, you’ll be a very happy healthy heart!
