Well, a pretty good day I'm over a little bit on my counts because of eating dinner out but it could have been a lot worse. I ate a huge salad for most of my meal and unfortunately they didn't offer any fat free dressings so I did the best I could to not do to much damage.

I'm proud of myself though I got my but up and exercised my 2 miles like I'm supposed to do! I also drank tons and tons of water I know the scale doesn't give instant results but I'm hoping for just a little "smile" from my scale tomorrow.
