well i expect a whole lot more. after eating so much trifel... since Christmas till yesterday...i braced myself for 3.5-4 kg. But thank God its just 1.9...the sugar withdrawals will be cruel...but as the saying goes u need to be cruel to be kind... applying that today so breakfast will be water and green tea
