Today was my 7th day in the new heavy deficit plan, so took an extra 1000kCal to give the metabolism a bit of a boost and the mind a bit of pleasure. So hopefully that will oil the machinery of progress. And dammit I wanted to lift a glass in celebration of the people of Boston who have as a city endured a difficult and a remembrance to the people of West who are still in the middle of their dark day.
