After dropping 16 pounds prior to Christmas I only put 5 back on with the Christmas Cookie diet. Glad I only partake in that one once a year for about 14 days! Birthday 45 is coming up in 4 short months so I am back to the grind of being my healthiest self at the midpoint of life. My goal is to be down another 16 pounds and that should be right about my goal weight but since I lift heavy I am sure if the weight will be possible so the other option is for the body fat percent to be as close to 30 as possible and viseral fat to be close to 10. Time to stick with the go to meals that fill me up but allow me to stay in calorie a deficit. Cheers to the New Year!

Christmas Cookie Diet, I love it!😂 I think many of us were on some form of that for a week. But a week does not a lifestyle make! I was good all year and thankfully no one told Santa I was naughty the last week. Already back in the groove!
