But now getting back on track. I totally blew everything out the window over the holidays, sugar galore and feeling awful again. Instead of intermittent fasting this time, I am going with 3 meals, concentrating on protein, fruits, and veggies.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
