I haven't used the Herbex stuff, but as a way to curb the hunger pangs in the first few days, black coffee and sparkling water work great. keep yourself busy and productive in those last few hours and the time will fly. it only takes a couple days to a week to acclimate to the fasting period.

I use the herbex appetite control and find it works well. Also use Chromium for sugar cravings. All the best with your fasting. I really enjoy it, less crazy in my head when I only have an eating window 🤣

I like the Herbex Fat attack juice that you buy in a syrup and mix it with water - it also has a appetite control

I do a omad intermittend keto fast. I have a bullet proof coffee in the morning. That keeps me going until super time, then I have a low carb keto dinner. I started my fasts with 16/8. When you get used to it, you don't need potions to keep your appetite away. I have lost 7kg in two months. my age counts against me though, I am 70yrs old. I am not giving up. I'm going keto and intermittent fasting for life. according to doctors on U tube it will take two years for me to heal my body from the damage done by carbs and yo-yo dieting. Follow Dr Ken Berry(my favorite) and Sten Ekberg (very good). there is much to learn about weight and how we got there in the first place. Good luck Tabz.
