Well it's Monday time to get back to diet business! I entered the water challenge Lord knows I need too. I haven't exercised yet this morning but I will I'm going to be doing some heavy housework today so that counts I guess too. I'm trying my best to get motivated. I can't says that I've done so well so far I feel like I should be way farther along than I am. I will get there I just have to work harder.
