Wow I am incredibly exhausted today... I don't really know why. Sure, I only got like 6 hours of sleep but that's nothing new... and I didn't have THAT long of a day. I had to get up early, and go to 2 classes - basically from 10am straight to 12:15pm. Then I went out to lunch with my friends for one of their birthdays to a sushi restaurant. I don't think I ate that bad, but honestly I don't know what kind of roll I had. I think it was pretty close to a california roll. There was also 2 pieces of niguri (or something?) but they had fake crab and fake shrimp on it, which is really low cal, and then a spicy tuna hand roll. I also had some miso soup. I don't think I did that bad on calories.

Came home and chilled for a while but now I'm having a hard time keeping my eyes open. Don't know if I'll make it to a workout tonight, BUT - tomorrow, not only is it a "scheduled" workout day for the Wii (today isn't, I meant to change it from Monday to Wednesday but I haven't yet), I am also going to weed our large aquaculture ponds around 1pm. It's not supposed to be super hot, but it's going to be humid and I know I'll be sweating, it's not easy work. So, it's kinda doubled up.

Going to keep my calories REALLY low today to try and combat the lack of movement, but I did walk quite a ways to class today (had to park out in BFE) and then was struggling again with issues in the tank system that I have and that kept me walking around emptying water using a TINY little container (it was all I had) for like 25-30 minutes... So, I mean, yeah. I don't know if I'll catch a second wind or not.

Also some stressful personal things going on. Plus it's the first week of school again and, I hate change so, it's probably more stressful on me than I realize, since I'm medicated for that kind of thing, lol.

Holy crap, girl! How did I miss the BIG drop in weight?! Congratulations!!! You've passed the 40 lbs mark now. That's pretty exciting, don't you think? I'll be there in a day or two, hopefully.... I'm .2 lbs from a 40 lb loss. :) Well, you may just need some serious rest. I know going back to classes can be mentally exhausting. And I chuckled - I didn't know people still used BFE! I said it awhile ago in front of my daughter and she thought I made it up! :) Get rest. Hopefully the stressful personal things resolve soon. Good luck with classes.

Oh D- I was really excited but now I'm doubting my scale again, lol. Up down, up down, up down, for both me and the BF. I even put a level on the scale to make sure it's level! I am going to give it a few days before I even step on it again (maybe Saturday or Sunday), and try to forget, and see if the loss sticks!!
