Well here we are on Monday morning & I'm not quite ready food wise. We had a very busy weekend & I ate things that I shouldn't have in amounts that I knew were going to add up on the scale in the end.
I've pretty much lost my self discipline that I held so strongly to last go around. I'm ready though to get back in shape & get off these extra pounds. I'm planning to stop by the store this afternoon & get things together. I'm also going to start walking so I know that will help me get some energy back. I will also try to add pilates in two to three times a week too. If I can only find a buddy to hold me accountable & I likewise hold them then I think I will be more likely to do much better. That whole competitive side will kick in & hopefully jump start my butt.

Welcome back to the wagon, girl! We had a great time this weekend & I was right there with you! Too much food available, I tell you what! But it's back to the discipline today! We can do this! Look how far we have come already! ;) It is true that we deserve some splurges, but we can't stop focusing on our health & our goal! I wish I was there to work out with you!
