I'm feeling kind of rough today. I had a big breakfast because I was hungry but now I feel kind of headachey and nauseous. I wonder if it is because I need more coffee or if it is a migraine coming on... ugh... I know it is interfering with my ability to study... um, patent interferences... and my ability to talk like a normal person apparently.

Hey Buddy! I'm sorry you are not feeling too good. I looked at your diet journal, you ate almost 30 grams of fat, which is suppose to be your daily allowence, do you think that did it? OR the sugar in the nutella could have given you a peak then a drop in blood sugar? I hope it's not a migraine... :o((((

I don't think I've had time for a peak and drop. I did eat a lot of fat but I usually do, so it's not really a change from the norm. I know I need to work on that but right now I'm just trying to eat fewer calories and exercise. Rome wasn't built in a day, you know? Thanks buddy.

On a side note, I don't think I like how FS is putting ads with food on the side now. I mean, it's healthy food and all but now I'm wanting sushi!

I'm not offended. I know I need to work on that, but I'm just wanting to do things gradually. That's probably also why the scale won't move but most days I feel so much better than I have in a long time so I'm just basking in that right now. I guess I'm moseying along at this weight loss thing. I remember when I would eat like half a pizza for one meal and think that was normal. Or two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. I'm just thankful that isn't the case anymore and I know I won't be doing that again :)

Boooo for feeling bad! I find that it's often hormones causing it for me personally. And I agree with the strides that you have made. I too know there are other areas that I should work on (e.g., less fat, less sodium) but I'm not quite ready yet. Like you, I'm proud of what I am doing and am feeling better. Plus there are so many darn variables to consider. I've been having a rough week in the sense that I haven't felt like cooking so we have been eating fast food way more than usual this week. Yay for the progress that we have all made but let's not forget to keep pushing ourselves as well (and I know we all are!). How has the 5 days per week working out been going? You both rock!!

Well, I feel better. I'm not sure what the problem was. The five days is going well, at least so far. I like working out in the morning because it gets it out of the way, plus it makes me feel more energetic. I never thought I'd be saying that. It's nice that I get it all done during the week too, that way I can relax on weekends.
