Yep. Got the T-shirt Serena. Just remember how miserable you were before you started ( but of an assumption there, sorry) I blame this time of year. It’s like no mans land. I don’t even know what day it is just now. Just look at what you’ve achieved Serena. Chin up pal xx

probably most of us have, or we wouldn't be here..🤣🤣🤣. I battle motivation for working out often.. Ive driven to a gym, sat outside and debate myself, most times go in, sometimes not. however I notice if I approach it as I'll just do one exercise I love and then the rest falls into place... kinda the same with food. you've come so far so you already know you can do this❣👍 oh to be human.... <sigh>😉

I get where you are coming from! it's like what George said it this time of year... You will get back to wanting to eat clean once 1st of January is over with and everything gets back to normal. Stay strong just think how good you feel after the amount of weight you have lost. Buy an outfit one size smaller and make it your goal to get into 💕👍🏼

I've got a go to meal for this, prawn curry, it's healthy but also it feels like I'm having something bad for me. Just prawns maybe some onions and jar sauce and I have a naan with it. Hopefully you can find a similar kind of meal

I didn’t mix carbs with proteins although neither were left out. No more tiredness in afternoons/evenings after big meals. Not a great sacrifice for feeling well. That was a long time a different me ago, but would recommend.
