Wow. Broke through 150!!! Staying the course. Guess I would have to say my fat secret are the Protein smoothies I've been drinking for breakfast or lunch.
1.5 cups baby spinach and or baby kale, 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Lab Protein powder, 1-2 teaspoons of organic almond butter, 1 tsp flax seed oil, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, a dash a vanilla, a dash of truvia and finally a cup of ice.
