When lifting weights, doing compound exercises will work your core and abs. It doesn’t hurt to do isolation exercises for them, but not necessary. You look great, whatever your doing, keep it up!

Kennyn27 you know, in the past I used to love training abs and now I do it only like once in a month 😩 but you are right, lifting weights does work the core, I feel it specially while squatting

Yup, I definitely feel it when I do squats. A lot of people don’t realize even doing bicep curls (with correct form) activates the core, to stabilize your upper body from bending back. Your core stabilizes you for most exercises (when done with proper form). That’s why compound movements are so important to do. 👍🏻💪🏻

I just learned something new yesterday about lower back pain, part of the reason for it might be underdeveloped glutes! Who would have thought! So yes you are right, having a strong core is beneficial to your back!!!
