It is Friday night and I'm feeling pretty good to get all this water weight off of me. Feeling a lot better! Thank you JC for your encouragement. Thank you ma ka for your support.

I've had 2 for afib. Still going strong but doc said better lose weight for less struggle on my heart so am trying. Keep strong and watch funny movies to lift your spirits. I love the Tyler Perry Madea movies. Always make me laugh. 

thank you Diana and Lily, I'm trying my best to lose this weight but it is difficult because I'm on steroids. Lily, my daughter watches Tyler Perry movies all the time with her kids. She cracks up over it. I'll have to take a look. Thanks.
