This is my first day on FatSecret. I joined because I have been doing Atkins for three weeks now and have hit a plateau. I'm thinking that I need to track my NC and calories better, so here I am!

Well this place will help. I have been on Atkins for about 2 years, but had hit some plateaus, and got caught up in the holidays... So I joined fatsecret. This really motivates me to keep everything at the right levels. Also remember after induction, you add carbs back very slowly, but still keeping your fat percentage high. This will counteract the other. It is best to stay in induction as long as you can, it will help you lose weight, and keep you out of the plateau.
