today is the first day that I have allowed myself some Xmas treats such as chocolates at work. Totally blew out my calorie allowance but still broke even on input v. output. I think diet is over now until Xmas is past, then I will resume with the discipline that I have maintained this past 2 or 3 months. Good luck and be careful over Xmas guys!
