did core syn this morning. love that workout cause its so total body, cardio and weights and ugh push ups but i can now do five at a time. the rest some on my knees and than back up. next is aiming for getting lower though.
yesterday no diet pop for me - today same thing, but i did have a hot coca when i got to work. I was soaked from the rain and needed it. did leave a third in the cup though.
