Susah banget turun lebih dari angka ini and it's kinda stressing, rasanya sama pas kayak turun dari 60 ke 59 itu lamaaaaaa banget, dan dari 59 ke 55 took 4 months, or maybe way longer, i don't remember it. I targeted that i have to lose atleas 1 kg per month, pernah pasang target ga realistis dimana saya ngoyo banget kalau sebulan mesti turun 4 atau 5 kg? And the result is nothing but dissapointed, ya kecewa banget karena turunnya cuma 1 kg. Then i watch Yulia Baltschun video, be realistic on your diet.
