we all have times when we are weak... hang in there don't give up. I have had two really bad weeks but I weigh in on wed. and I think I might have gained this week and I hate that but it does help me in one big way. I DON'T LIKE TO SEE A GAIN ON THE SCALE!!!!!! so today Is a new day and lets face it together. Just keep packing your gym clothes and taking them with you. Jennifer
