I've been at band camp with my 14yo daughter, then a quick two day visit with my other two kids & of course wifey...then rush back to work. I didn't pay too much attention to what I ate, so I stumbled a bit this week...also didn't weigh in, which kinda ticks me off...wanted to know how I was doing, but it doesn't matter since my pants are still fitting the same.

Back at work where the availability of food all day just isn't there. You only have what you bring in your lunch bag, so I plan out my day. Dinner is also planned, so it is much easier to control myself when I'm away from my kids snack cupboard!

Anyway, we are putting the house up for sale and moving just over an hour south so that my wife can be near her sister...since I'm not home much, it's nice for her to have someone she can depend on. So the house goes on the market on May 1st and then it will be shopping for the right house to purchase.

It's just been a few days, but I feel like I've not been in here for quite some time...but now it is back to the routine.
