Been trying to burn at least 250 cals in the gym and stay around 1300 cals. I know it’s low but I’m always full :/. I’m down 13.6 lbs since the beginning of my weight loss journey (about three weeks ago).

Should I increase my caloric intake or stay where I’m at?
102.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
