So I have to say, I coasted most of July and up till now in August. Stayed the same or dropped a little, but was not actively counting and exercising. My Pipe Band contest schedule gets intense during the summer, and things get very hard to schedule.

Just got back from Scotland. Managed to cheat some, and still keep the weight off. Had fish and chips from my favorite chippie, and some good candy. I did find it difficult when I got back to get off the sweets. I just had crazy cravings that wouldn't give up! But I powered through.

I am getting back into it now, and plan on really kicking it into high gear in September, after the competition season really winds down. I've been fairly happy with the progress overall, and September marks the one year anniversary of me taking this crap seriously. If I can hit 70 pounds in a year, I think I'm doing pretty good for doing this all on my own without a real gym or coach. Fatsecret has been that coach.
