Today the weather is SO beautiful. Just so glad to be alive and thankful for my renewed commitment to having good health. Did my workouts very early this morning to get them outta the way. Feeling really good about increasing my calories bc I just love being able to eat more each day. Just put in daily default exercise entries. Not sure if the exercise names are correct but it seems right to me. I also noted that I rest A LOT during my days lol. The sleep varies from 5-7 hours but whatever is left from sleep goes to resting/my Netflix "addiction"...that is my truth and I stand in it lol. Still focused on getting results and may add additional walking in evenings once I get used to this new weekly routine I have now. Very proud of myself today. I hung in. :)

I love Netflix. I watch all sorts of documentaries on there. It's addicting. Have you watched Hungry For Change? It's the best!
