I JUST RANTED ON THIS STUPID THING AND IT WOULDN'T SAVE SO NOW i HAVE TO TYPE ALL OVER. WELL FORGET IT. I'M JUST UPSET ABOUT MY WATER RETENTION. I WENT UP ALMOST TWO LBS IN LESS THAN TWENTY FOURS HOURS. I HAD ALOT OF SALTY FOOD YESTERDAY AND ATE LATE (10PM) UNBELIEVALE AND I DIDN'T WORK OUT THIS MORNING SO NOW I'M IN A RUT.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 30.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.7 kg a Week

I had the exact same issue and still have it at times. What I did that helped was to drink more water, it sounds weird but the more you drink the less you are to retain. Also if you have a lot of sodium in your diet it can make you retain water. I know my diet is on the higher side for sodium (most diet processed foods are high) I drink extra water its easier than removing all my favorite snacks. Hopefully this will help you :).
