today is my recovery week in round one. I am down 4lbs and plan to measure on sunday. This morning yoga i did 1hr 15 which only gave me 20 MIN to get me and baby ready and make sure my oldder two were ready. umm not cool. thinking on wednesday going to reset alarm for 4:00am for yoga. ugh don't really want to but want to get through more of it. i feel some tone in legs and calfs yay, but don't see any change around stomach. heres hopeing it comes in round two.
