Just changed my goal Weight from 164 pounds to 155 pounds bc 164 is the very most I can weigh at my height of 5'8". I never, ever...ever, ever, ever, ever wanna be in this predictament again so 155 is my new goal.

Tough day today for me. Sleep awaits...thank God.
