okay,it's been a couple of days so i am back...slowly. i figured i would lay off the walking today and just ease my food back in since i was so very sick.y'all i thought i was dying yesterday morning-i feel lots better today after having slept almost all day yesterday. andy even stopped spraying fields early to come home and give me a break from the kids-that's almost the biggest no no for farmers, but he did it anyway for me. i know the Lord will take care of the beans and bless andy for doing that.

It's great to have you back! I hope you feel even stronger by the end of the day! You're right ... just ease back into things, especially exercise! Are you taking a multi-vitamin? It always helps me. I take one every morning. =D Great to have you back friend! =D
