@laksi.. Tahu nya d panggang pake coconut oil dikit ... Sambel mata nya di soseng d teflon pake coconut oil juga dikit

@rei.. Aku hitung nya sih pake sawi.. Ini kan sejnis sawi2 an. Paling g jauh bedalaaah hehehe.. Lagian sayuran kan rendah kaori.. Jd klo slah perhitungan dikit g masalaah. Heheh santuy ajaa
