TIRED....TIRED....TIRED..... THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY. WORKED OUT THIS MORNING. YOU KNOW HOW THEY SAY EXERCISE GIVES YOU A BURST OF ENERGY AFTER. I'M NOT GETTING THAT AT ALL. I AM IN THE SLUMPED OVER NEED A NAP AFTER WORKOUT PHASE. BUT IT'S WORKING SO I GUESS I CAN'T COMPLAIN. OKAY.......I AM COMPLAINING BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

pffft-I don't think that's true, after I exercise I am knocked out for at least an hour. I do eventually get a smallish energy boost, but up for painting the house or something? Nah. Nothing like that, EVER. I will say it generally improves my mood for the next couple of days, so for that alone it's worth it. But I have yet to experience extra energy as a result of expending energy.

Maybe its a mental thing! When I first started out I was wired after a workout. I think I will blame it on the Blah Houston weather. It's rainy and grey. I still want to nap. I feel like napping all day but work won't let me.
