About to go biking! The winter sun is out and we are making the most of it not raining LOL. My knees usually hurt on the bike so it will be interesting to see how I go. See you all later!

Well it went great - biked for an hour and no sore knee! I guess we will be biking more in the future. I was going to mow the lawn but the weather is turning bad so hubby is doing it as he is faster LOL

I'll have to remember that...."You're so much faster, dear." Right now he's rehab'ing from knee surgery, so it's either me or spending $$ on a service, which I refuse to do.
