So yesterday I had to run off to a minor league baseball game a lot earlier than I had thought. I was on my way home before I got the call that I had to go there instead of going home. So I had to eat things I wasn't too thrilled with. I had a hot dog and a hamburger at the game. Yeah was not thrilled with the choices, but I was proud of myself as my family around me, 35 people, are eating fries, and knishes, sausage and peppers, funnel cake, fried oreos. I held strong and didn't eat anything I was offered. Afterward, went to my parents house where I ate some left over roast beef and about 2/3 of a sugar free jello, which tasted nasty.

I'm a little bummed that I didn't lose more since I was proud of all the things I avoided, but I lost and I have to hold my head high and be thankful that I didn't gain!
93.3 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
